These rules for the purchase of goods (hereinafter - the Rules) constitute an agreement between UAB EIGONA, legal entity code 305002392, registered office address Dvaro st. 41, 76345 Šiauliai, Lithuania (hereinafter - the Seller) and you, according to which the Seller will give you the opportunity to purchase the goods (hereinafter - the Goods) and gift vouchers offered in the electronic store http://www.aprangoskodas.lt/ (hereinafter - the E-store) (hereinafter - Gift vouchers).

You have the right to buy in the E-store only if you can conclude a binding contract with the Seller according to the applicable laws, and only if you comply with these Rules and applicable laws. If you are under 18 years old, you can only buy in the E-store with the consent of your parents or other legal representatives. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older or have the consent of your parents or other legal representatives.


After you visit the E-store and select Products, a basket is formed based on this selection.

After creating the basket, you must enter the data necessary to deliver the selected Products. Make sure that the data provided is correct and that the ordered Goods meet your wishes. You have the opportunity to correct errors, if any, before confirming the order. The data provided by you is processed for the purposes and procedure provided for in the Privacy Policy.

You agree that by placing an order in the E-store, you undertake to pay the price specified in the order for the Goods. The price of the Product specified in the E-shop and in the order includes all taxes, but does not include the fee for the delivery of the Goods, which you will have to pay additionally (unless otherwise specified in the E-shop). Prices in the e-shop and in the order are indicated in Euros.

You can pay for the Goods in the following ways: payment methods offered by Paysera or at the time of delivery.

Payment must be made immediately after placing the order.

After you confirm the order, the Seller receives all the information about it. The order is considered submitted from the moment it is received by the Seller. At the same time, in such a case, it is considered that a contract has been concluded between you and the Seller. However, the Seller is obliged to execute such an agreement only from the moment the Seller receives the payment service provider's confirmation of payment for the Goods.

After placing the order, the e-mail you specified an electronic letter will be sent by post, which indicates the ordered Goods and the data you have provided.

After receiving the notification that you have made the payment for the ordered Goods, the seller undertakes to fulfill your order.

This part of the Rules also applies to the purchase of Gift Vouchers.


The characteristics of the goods are indicated in the E-store next to the description of each Product. The seller aims to ensure that the Goods meet the requirements set by the legislation and are suitable for use according to their intended purpose.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are familiar with it and you understand that the color, shape or other parameters of the Products specified in the E-shop may not correspond to the real size, shape and color of the Products due to the characteristics or settings of the monitor or other device you are using. Such differences will not be considered defects of the Goods, except in cases where the discrepancies are caused by the actions of the Seller or third parties related to him.

The seller undertakes to deliver the Goods that correspond to the information specified in the Product description provided in the E-shop. The Seller also undertakes to provide you with the assortment and quantity of Goods specified in the order, but is not responsible in cases where the assortment or quantity of the Goods transferred is not accurate due to the fact that you have incorrectly specified the data in the order submitted to the Seller.


When ordering the Goods, you must choose the method of delivery of the Goods and specify the delivery address of the Goods. Delivery is possible in the following ways: to parcel self-service terminals.

You can also pick up the goods yourself at Vytauto st. 28, 08120 Vilnius, Lithuania.

Please note that the indicated times of delivery or collection of the Goods are preliminary. Although we always try to fulfill an order as quickly as possible, sometimes it may take longer to prepare due to the high volume of orders or the busyness of the delivery service providers. The seller always informs about the delivery status, follow this information. Once your package is shipped, you can track it using the tracking number in the delivery service provider's system.

In cases where, after receiving the Goods, you notice that the ordered Goods are not in the shipment, inform the Seller immediately.

The Goods are delivered packaged, taking into account their nature, in order to make the Goods suitable for use as intended.


The rules for exchange and return of goods are discussed separately in the E-shop and form an integral part of these Rules.


Gift vouchers are valid for the period specified in them. The recipient of the Gift Voucher must use the Gift Voucher in the E-shop, that is, use the Gift Voucher to pay for the Goods offered in the E-shop, within the period specified in the Gift Voucher. If the Gift Coupon is not used within the specified period, the specified period is not extended, the Gift Coupon becomes invalid, and the money paid for the Gift Coupon is not returned.


Trademarks and other signs used to mark the Goods and Gift Vouchers belong to the Seller and/or other persons and are protected by legal acts. All intellectual property rights to the Goods and Gift Vouchers and their separate parts also belong to the Seller and/or other persons.

The trademarks and logos used in the E-shop, the domain name, the E-shop itself and the website where it is hosted, as well as all their individual elements, including texts, photographs, drawings and all materials contained in the E-shop and the website , the presentation, image and design of any E-shop or website page and all intellectual property rights to them belong exclusively to the Seller and/or other persons. You undertake not to copy, modify or otherwise use these intellectual property objects without the separate written consent of the rights holder.


The Seller's responsibility for the quality and delivery of the Goods is determined by the applicable legal acts.

You must provide the Seller with all correct and complete information requested. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address for the Goods.

You are responsible for the security of your username, password or other data that allows you to connect to the E-shop. However, if you notice that someone is using your username and password illegally, please contact the Seller immediately.


The Seller may change these Rules from time to time. The latest (current) version of the Rules will always be visible and available in the E-store. Before confirming the order, you must familiarize yourself with the current version of the Rules. Each order will be subject to the version of the Rules that was in effect at the time of confirmation of such order.

The seller will have the right to stop (stop) the operation of the E-shop at any time. Such termination shall not affect any sales contracts then in force.


These Rules and any sales contract are concluded and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Any disputes, disagreements or claims arising from or related to these Rules or a separate sales contract, as well as issues of their violation, termination or validity, shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The subject of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is competent to resolve consumer disputes arising from these Rules, is the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (address: Vilniaus str. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, phone (8 5) 262 6751, e-mail service @vvtat.lt; website address: http://www.vvtat.lt), or http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.

All warnings or other notices related to the purchase in the E-store, these Rules, will be provided by e-mail. by mail (when sending to the Seller - to the e-mail address specified at the beginning of the Rules, when sending to you - to the e-mail address provided during the order).

If any of the provisions of these Rules is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
