RETURN RULES
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These rules for returning goods (hereinafter - the Rules) form part of the agreement between UAB EIGONA, legal entity code 305002392, registered office address Dvaro st. 41, 76345 Šiauliai, Lithuania (hereinafter - the Seller) and you, according to which you have the right to return the goods purchased in the http://www.aprangoskodas.lt/ electronic store (hereinafter - the E-store) (hereinafter - the Goods).

EXCHANGE OR REFUND OF GOODS
Cancellation of the contract within 14 days (applicable to consumers only)
If you buy in the E-store as a consumer (i.e., a natural person operating for purposes unrelated to his business, trade, craft or profession (use purposes)), you have the right to return the Goods purchased in the E-store within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from that day, when you received the Product. You can do this without giving a reason (i.e. using your right to refuse a distance contract, which is granted to you by the legal acts of Lithuania and the European Union).
Please note that the E-store contains Goods that fall under the exceptions provided for in Article 6.228(10) Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, when consumers do not have the right to withdraw from the contract discussed in the previous paragraph. Therefore, you cannot withdraw from the contract and return the following Goods without giving a reason: packaged goods, if after unpacking they become unfit for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (for example, socks).
If you cancel the contract, when you return the Product, it must be unused, with marking labels and in the original packaging, undamaged and without losing its merchandise appearance.
In order to exercise this right, you must notify the Seller by e-mail no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receipt of the Product. by mail and attach proof of purchase. You can use the sample return notification form.
If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you must immediately and in any case no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day you notified the Seller about the return by e-mail. by mail, send the Goods back to the Seller at Vytauto st. 28, 08120 Vilnius, Lithuania. The deadline will be intact if you have sent the Goods before the expiry of the 14 (fourteen) day deadline. You must cover the costs of returning the goods to the Seller.
If you cancel the contract, the Seller undertakes not later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day you notified the Seller of the return by e-mail. by mail, but not before the Seller receives the returned Product (unless the Seller decides at his own discretion not to wait for the returned Product) to return to the bank account specified by you all the money you paid for the Product and its delivery.
Wholesalers and other buyers who buy in the E-store for non-consumer purposes do not have the right to withdraw from the contract, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with the Seller.
Goods of inappropriate quality
If the Product purchased in the E-store is of inadequate quality, you have the right to request, in accordance with the procedure and terms stipulated by law, that the Seller remove the defects of the Product free of charge or replace the Product of inadequate quality with a Product of suitable quality, and in cases provided for by law, request a corresponding price reduction or return the Product.
If you believe that the Product purchased in the E-store is of inadequate quality and you have identified its defects, you must notify the Seller of this and your preferred method of resolution to the Seller by e-mail no later than two months from the date of detection of the non-conformity. by post When reporting a defective Product, please provide a detailed description of where and when the defect occurred, include photos of the Product and defect, and other relevant information to help identify the defect. You can use the sample form for goods of inappropriate quality.
Buyer's rights related to Goods of inappropriate quality are implemented in accordance with the procedure provided for in Articles 6.364(1)- 6.364(3) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION
The Seller may change these Rules from time to time. The latest (current) version of the Rules will always be visible and available in the E-store. Before confirming the order, you must familiarize yourself with the current version of the Rules. Each order will be subject to the version of the Rules that was in effect at the time of confirmation of such order.
OTHER TERMS
These Rules are drawn up and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes, disagreements or claims arising from or related to these Rules, as well as issues of their violation, termination or validity, shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The subject of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is competent to resolve consumer disputes arising from these Rules, is the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (address: Vilniaus str. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, phone (8 5) 262 6751, e-mail service @vvtat.lt; website address: http://www.vvtat.lt), or http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
All warnings or other notices related to these Rules will be provided by email. by mail (when sending to the Seller - to the e-mail address specified at the beginning of the Rules, when sending to you - to the e-mail address provided during the order).
If any of the provisions of these Rules is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

These Rules were created at Glimstedt Dock. Law firm Glimstedt owns all copyrights to the Rules, it grants UAB EIGONA the right to use the Rules in its online store http://www.aprangoskodas.lt/. Copying or otherwise using the Rules or their part without the written consent of the law firm Glimstedt is prohibited. All conditions of the granted rights are discussed in Part 2 of the Glimstedt Dock Regulations.
